Installation

Download and Run Plugin Executable After download, you will be prompted with a security warningAfter download, you will be prompted with a security warning Press RunPress Run

Installed ENA Connect Outlook Toolbar

Initial Setup Click on ENA ConnectOffice / Service Setup Under username, enter the full DID+extension of the user For password, enter the user’s password to the ENA Connect User’s Portal (NOT voic PIN)

Synchronizing Contacts Works with user’s personal Contacts data –Does NOT work at this time with Global Address List –Can only sync 200 contacts at a time Synchronization works both ways: –Any personal contacts stored in the ENA Connect User Portal will be added to Outlook Contacts –All Outlook Contacts will be added to ENA Connect User Portal
