OBJETIVES To facilitate the Roma population's access to mainstream training and employment in equal terms Direct intervention –To provide Roma with professional qualifications and access to the labour market Complementary actions –To raise awareness regarding prejudice and discriminatory practices affecting Roma –To foster more active policies regarding the Roma community

Gaining access to the labour market as the gateway to social inclusion and equal opportunities Focus on salaried employment (key step towards full social inclusion, efficient way to access labour market, to promote multicultural gathering and breaking down of prejudices) Result oriented programme
