Kimirina Recommendations - Conclusions To resolve specific conflicts according to national needs rather than individual or particular interests Implement the appropriate tools such as the Code of Good Practices Institutionalizing Transparency by displaying of accounts to the general public and to PLWHA and others affected in particular International partners, including The Global Fund, should be responsible with a role of “modulation” (not complacency)
