Maths Mentors - a training programme delivered to learners in prisons For those who are NOT Maths shy and are willing to help others Maths Mentors support formal learning in classes/workshops and informal learning on prison wings 01 Maths Mentors

Started in 2012 – piloted at HMPs Hewell and Coldingley 2013 Trained 90 prisoners in 10 prisons 2014/15 Train the trainer programme rolled out to 56 practitioners - 24 prisons The Programme so far

The Resources Limited set of resources developed in hard copy (plus T-shirts) Resources also available to download FREE maths-mentors-prisons maths-mentors-prisons
