Conditional Sentences ‘If grandma had wheels she’d be a bicycle.’

What do these sentences tell us about reality? If you use an English dictionary, your vocabulary will improve more quickly. If you work hard, you’ll succeed. If you used an English dictionary, your vocabulary would improve more quickly. If you worked hard, you would succeed.

What about these? If you had used an English dictionary, your vocabulary would have improved more quickly. If you had worked hard, you would have succeeded. If you had told me the truth, I would have forgiven you. If I had seen you, I would have said hello.

The 3 rd (unreal) Conditional The land of regrets…

Forming the 3 rd conditional If you had used an English dictionary, your vocabulary would have improved more quickly. If you had worked hard, you would have succeeded. If you had told me the truth, I would have forgiven you. If I had seen you, I would have said hello.
