establish My Portfolio New Users must first Register in order to establish My Portfolio

Select Register: New User to begin the process

form completely and select Fill in the New User form completely and select “Submit”

Successful Registration! Your new password will be sent via Email

Initial Password provided via email

Proceed and Login to Investor Reporting

Provide Email ID used for Registration

Login to DB’s Investor Reporting

You are now ready to create My Portfolio

Select View My Portfolio

Start by Selecting Search for Deals

During your Search for Deals, DO NOT: Use the Search by, or Filter by Product Type

Utilize the Quick Find to locate the deal

Select the Issuer for the deal

Select the Shelf Name for the deal

Check the deal and select Add To Portfolio

Confirm

Public deal added to My Portfolio

The User has successfully established My Portfolio and subject to deal portfolio limits, is now ready to continue to add deals. The next step is to update your User Profile: Portfolio Preferences Download Options Reset Password, if necessary

Select Edit My Profile

Reset Password Note: Passwords have a Max of 10 characters
