 It is recommended that students review all assigned readings from the course.  Students should pay particular attention to the chapter summaries and key terms within the chapters. Although few definition questions are included on the exam, students should use appropriate terminology in context when answering the exam questions.

Experiential Learning:  DND Field trip: role of the Materiel Division.  *Basic qualifications (core competencies) related to a career in emergency services; including the preferred qualifications.

 Cross Cultural Conflict Resolution training manual.  Students will be expected to be conversant in CCCR theory and apply the concepts to a community policing scenario.
