Today’s Topic: Vision, Mission and Values To distinguish between Vision and Mission in our own work, we have defaulted back to the plain English usage of those words. And the simplest way we have found to show that difference in usage is to add the letters "ary" to the end of each word. VisionARY MissionARY

Vision, Mission and Values Doing the work of the vision is the mission: The mission tells us how we attain our vision. Without a clear vision and mission reaching our destiny is hard work and can scatter our energy all over the place.

Vision, Mission and Values It is the rare organization that takes the time to then define HOW they will do that work (the mission) - the talk they want to walk. This is the values of the organization. Without a vision, mission and values, we end up tired, worn out and no longer interested or able to carry out the work because our energy is scattered.

Vision, Mission and Values How does the Unity Identity Program support the vision of your spiritual community? It is the look and feel of your vehicle: which houses your ministry’s mission. The look and feel can draw people in or drive people away. Our teachings are the same today as they have always been. It is our maintenance and attentiveness to how we present our teachings that keeps attracting people to our Unity message Cadillac
