Negative Stress Stress that can get in the way of doing what you need to do An example would be getting a stomach ache from too much worry Positive Stress Stress that can help you to accomplish goals An example would be you have a big test coming up so you study

Fight or Flight- Reaction that occurs in the body during times of extreme stress. It prepares your body to fight the stressor or to run from it The body produces a hormone called adrenaline. This hormone increases the sugar level in the blood, which gives the body more energy during times of stress.
