STABILITY OF TENURE OF PERSONNEL EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE GIVEN JOB SECURITY THEN ONLY THEY CAN CONTRIBUTE TO THEIR MAXIMUM IN THE ORGANISATION UNITY OF DIRECTION ALL THE EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE DIRECTED TOWARDS ANE COMMON GOAL & WORK IN ONE DIRECTION

DIVISION OF WORK ALLOCATION OF EACH SMALL PART OF WORK TO THE EMPLOYEES AS PER THEIR INTEREST & EXPERIENCE, THAT LEADS TO SPECIALISATION ORDER ORDERLY ARRANGEMENT OF MEN ,MATERIAL & MACHINE AT A FIXED PLACE

FAIR REMUNERATION REMUNERATION PAID TO AN EMPLOYEE SHOULD BE FAIR & JUST . FAIR WAGES GIVE SATISFACTION TO THE EMPLOYEES,WHICH ARE DECIDED IN ACCORDANCE TO THE MINIMUM WAGES ACT ,FINANCIAL CAPACITY OF THE CONCERN & AMOUNT PAID BY THE COMPETITORS
