EXPERT REVIEW TITLEDESCRIPTION DANGER LEVEL PICTURESOLUTION RESOURCE S Lines The text is distracting to look at. As it is not aligned with the text above in the menu line. Place the text so that it is aligned with the text in the above menu, to give a better overview. $ Misguiding picture text It stands that you can click on various pictures to make them bigger. This does not work. Fix the link so that the picture does become bigger when you click on it $$ Empty new sites The sites under the news feed are all empty. Despite there being text in the start of the link. Fix the empty spaces with some news about the subjects. $$$ Contact box The contact box is distracting and is filled with unnecessary stuff. It also gives a false expectation that you can scroll further down the page. Remove it. Place the more important things down in the footer at the bottom of the page. $ Search function There is no search box on the site at all. It could become problematic if there comes to much information on the website and you are in need of a quick search. Put one in the right corner so people can easily find it. $$

USER TEST
Gitte – person 1 (50)Kim – person 2 (53) First look at the website: ”oh, that is definitely something about gardens” What’s next: After a short look at the frontpage, Gitte went to “about us” to tage a look at the firm and its values. “There is too much text going on here” Next step: She went to the “portfolio” page to look at some of the gardens. “I think that the recommendations should be here too. Under or next to the pictures. Then there are two pages in one, and no need for the “Testimonials” page After seeing some pictures, she went to the “design process” “too much text again. It looks boring” Then she said that she wanted to book a meeting, so she clicked on the contact button, and started to fill out the box. “I don’t know what “service” means? And there are no phone number or address?” First look at the website: Kim thinks that the front page is very welcoming. “The colors and the picture are beautiful” What’s next: He went to the “portfolio” site, so he could see some of the work that the firm has done. Next step: After that, he went to the “design process” page. “wow, there is a lot of text here.. I don’t know where to begin” After reading it, he went to “about us” “More reading.. Too much.” He actually said that he didn’t want to book a meeting, because he lost the interest. There was too much text on the sites. “It is very easy to use, and I like the design, but you have to do something, so the text looks more welcoming”
USER TEST Charlotte – person 3 (48) Hmm, I guess that it will be under contact. Yes! So I would just fill this out and press send. It would probably lie under about us. (Begins to read) I can´t really understand if I should find it by reading this. Or if it´s that up in the grey box. (Goes in under garden furniture & soft furnishing) But it doesn´t work. Many of them doesn´t work. (I explain which works) Then I will guess it is under portfolio. Hmm, where is it. Ah, it is there.
