GROUND ZERO

The condition of the old factory was bad and worse, chaos and unorganization a daily agenda. Old factory

The first target at all was to bring a system into it. Racks, commission cars and assembling areas were built to get a view over all. The people had to be trained how to clean, assemble and how to keep the factory in a standart level. Old factory

The new building for the sales office and the production was just next to next to the old factory and therefore easier to control. After a long period of patients could we start with the demolition of the old building. The new building shall become an example for furniture manufactures. New factory

Construction and demolition was mostly done by hand. The whole family including children were on the site to work. Machines like we have in germany are not common so the people had to do it even if it was on the fourth floor. New factory

Finish factory After 18 month we were able to shift the whole production and office into the new building. The new plant is a nice, organized and compressed building with all neccessary devices, machines and people to do a proper work for customers satifaction.
