+ “Break Out” to Bigger Success Fall is not only a beautiful time of year, but it’s an exciting and important time for Tupperware. School has started and life will settle down after busy summer months. As the Holiday Season approaches, people are thinking of entertaining and organizing, so they NEED Tupperware! Customers are looking for gift ideas. Tupperware is the answer. Everyone is thinking about making extra money. Tupperware is the answer! Consultants and Managers can reach higher levels in their careers than ever before. Recruiting and promoting growth is on the horizon. Leaders note: great training = great results. All leaders should focus on training!

+ What is Record Breaker? Record Breaker is a time to set your goals higher than you’ve ever set them before. Put a plan in place. Execute those plans!

+ Goal Setting Inside your folder you will find a your biggest sales month achieved in the last 12 months. Think about what you want your goal to be, based on the dreams you have for your business. Make sure you set your goals to be at least $1 AND one recruit higher than your best month. Consider stretching yourself to have a 10% increase in sales, and double your team size. Tailor your business plan based on who you are, and where you want your business to go.

+ DISC Personality Test What makes you and your business unique?

+ Commitment Make the decision to commit to your personal goals. NO EXCUSES. Commit to your team – we are incredible together. NO EXCUSES. Write your goals in a visible location in your home. Share your goals with a trusted business partner and your loved ones. What gets scheduled, GETS DONE! Schedule dedicated Tupperware time and stick to it. You can’t expect to have “real job” money, when you don’t treat this as a “real priority”.

+ Personal Dating Plans and Actions How will you get the datings you need to consider your month a success? Put together an advertising plan and set times and dates to implement your plan. Mail your Record Breaker brochure to every previous host, or anyone you think might want to host. + 5-Star Host Coaching Keep the date and time originally set. Have your host bring $200 in outside orders to the party (TupperConnect counts!) Invite 20+ people to the party. Have two friends date future parties with you. Have the host and a friend listen to the Tupperware opportunity before the party, or immediately following the party (before you close).
