Explanation of Encumbered Funds Encumbered Funds: $16, The Allstate SGA advisor and entire SGA have changed since the Summer 2015 budget proposal. Allstate no longer has intentions of encumbering $15,000 to Banquet Masters. The Behavioral Health Expenses will cover the Allstate contribution to our Bay care program through the end of June.

Allstate is Changing! With a new SGA board and a new advisor, the Allstate Campus SGA eagerly anticipates even more changes to come for the Allstate campus, including a rebranding that was proposed to the Board of Trustees in November.
