HOW THE PRINTING PRESS IMPACTED SOCIETY Made by Jacob, Chance and Lyle

WHY IS THE PRINTING PRESS HUMANITY’S GREATEST INVENTION This is one amazing invention because every document could be duplicated many times without effort. Back a long time ago, writers had to write documents more than one time. For example the Bible had to be printed a lot and it was really long. Nowadays there are printers that can do multiple functions like fax, print and even make paper documents appear in technology. These all evolved from the printing press.

WHAT WAS THE PRINTING PRESS’ IMPACT ON SOCIETY. Religion was spread easier because more documents could be made with less effort. If the printing press was not created yet, the printer might not even been created yet. A long time ago, people had to pay for documents to get written for them because they didn’t have writing education. Then this cool invention came out allowing people to print things out with many copies for cheap.

WHAT WAS THE IMPACT OF THE PRINTING PRESS ON US AS INDIVIDUALS? Every day we print off our assignments and projects and then we need to print off multiple copies usually because we did something wrong. Nowadays most people has a computer or an online device. With these devices, billions of people can access a document at once without the use of spreading it with a physical document.

WHAT IS THE PRINTING PRESS’ IMPACT ON FUTURE GENERATIONS? CHANGES? Before the Printing Press, you had to hire a scribe to write documents for you. After the printing press came out multiple documents could be printed out with little effort. Now files and documents can be accessed my millions of people online without even printing something. A couple years ago, people started dreaming of printers that can print 3D objects. Now this is possible but it is really expensive to use. In the future, 3D printers will be common in every home.
