What is a Director of Medical Education anyway? An administrator A consultant Someone responsible for your training in Fife

What does the Director of Medical Education do? Oversee trainee matters eg rotas, GMC survey results, trainee complaints Sign your IT forms and take responsibility for what you do with IT (!) Sort out trainers and trainees (if I need to) Deal with any problems

What are you expecting? You don’t care, as you don’t want to be here anyway you are dreading this job You are looking forward to this job You are only really interested in your rota
