Promotions… Jade           Diamand Pearl… are based upon helping 3 other people to achieve promotions themselves. You have to help others to succeed first, before you can get promoted!

The plan embraces the “Power of Three!” Get yourself promoted! The Unilevel Plan requires that… …for you to get promoted, you need only to assist three (3) others (Personally Sponsored by you) to advance in rank in the company! To advance to the rank of “Jade,” you need to help 3 people become “Corals.” To advance to the rank of “Pearl,” you need to help 3 “Corals” to become “Jades.” It can be the same 3 people.

Personal Sponsorship… … means that when you register someone, on the application—in the section marked Personal Sponsor—you register them with your name and ID number directly attached to their name and ID number. You are their Personal Sponsor. The Personal Sponsor gets paid Fast Start Bonuses on their volume for the next 60 days. When YOU find a new distributor… make sure you retain Personal Sponsorship by attaching your name and ID to that new person’s application.

Personal Sponsorship (continued)… REPEAT: It is important when you register a new distributor… on the Application — in the section marked Personal Sponsor — that you write your name and your Morinda ID number.

YOU In the majority of MLM companies, you are usually required to always place Personally Sponsored distributors directly below you – on your 1st Line THE MAJORITY OF COMPANIES

However, in Morinda … … as the PERSONAL SPONSOR... you have the option TO PLACE (MOVE) Personally Sponsored distributors anywhere in your downline! (Until they become Pearls. Other restrictions apply. See Morinda Policy Manual for details.)

You can make the PLACEMENT at the same time that you register the new distributor. However… it is strongly suggested that you wait, however, until the PLACEMENT SPONSOR (the recipient of the Placement) proves their worthiness.

Placement… You can move someone (Personally Sponsored) on your 1 st level to......your 3 rd level…...or even your 30 th level. You choose

Placement… As previously stated… we strongly urge you to delay using this PLACEMENT OPTION until the recipient of the placement shows that they deserve this “gift”… Because it can cost you a fortune in lost revenues. If you want to do it immediately, however, here is how!

Your NAME & ID number always go here as the PERSONAL SPONSOR!! The NAME & ID of the person below whom you are placing the distributor being moved.

YOU #5 Someone above you PLACED one of their Personally Sponsored distributors in your downline. Then you PLACED your #3 below that person. Note: This is only an example to show PLACEMENT options… … but as you will learn soon… placing your #3 so deep is not really a good idea.

Bottom line: The PLACEMENT SPONSOR always earns FAST START in the first 60 days… no matter where the distributor is placed.

Placement is not always a good thing! 

Placing someone below your 3rd level is not a good idea, because you lose too much money over the years.

YOU Move “1” under “2” 2 1 The entire organization moves down one level. If you move the Sponsor… you move the entire organization intact!

Although this can help you get promoted… this can cost you huge sums of commissions in the future. So be careful!

Final note on Placements.

PLACEMENT SPONSORS Distributors PLACED in your downline cannot be used by you for your promotion (except for their volume) to higher levels (such as Jade, Pearl, or Diamond Pearl). You can use their volume, however, to qualify for TOP PERFORMER, INFINITY, and BLACK PEARL SHARED BONUSES. You do not receive FAST START on distributors that were PLACED beneath you in your downline. After 60 days, however, when the FAST START period ends for those PLACED distributors, you will begin receiving UNINIVEL checks that include their performance.
