How to have a good conference….it is a process, not an event. -keep it positive/constructive, it is not a "gotcha" meeting -communication goes both ways, don't monopolize the conversation -develop trust, be a good listener -be detailed with your recommendations/comments

Work Smarter- Not Harder Use the tools already available, the data is in the system. – Rubric – Self reflection – Observations – Evidence – Goals
