Restrict collectors from managing LPR staging orders [2] RDN has added a new permission that allows you to restrict your collectors from managing LPR staging orders. Some lenders have automated processes that manage these LPR staged orders and need to restrict who is able to manage the orders. The default for this permission is to allow access. This new permission is listed in the Integrated Services section.

When a collector has this permission, they will be allowed to perform actions on LPR Staging orders (closes, holds, etc.). If the collector does not have this permission, then they will not be able to access the case details, even if they are the collector on the case. All collectors will see that the LPR staged cases exist. They will see the case numbers in places like My Orders and on the Other Matching Cases section of the case page, but they will be unable to access the case by clicking on the case number. The same will be true in MultiSearch. The collector will see the cases but will be unable to Perform bulk actions on these cases unless they have the permission. New permission to restrict license plate editing Another new permission has been added that controls the ability of collectors to update the license plate and plate state fields on cases. Some lenders have elected to take advantage of RDN’s auto plate purchasing feature and want to ensure that the value in the plate and plate state are what is being provided by the RDN plate providers.

The new permission is in the Restrictions section and will default to allowing access to the license plate fields. Note the check-box is not selected. Put a check mark in the box to enable the restriction. New permission to restrict license plate editing
