ENERGY SATELLITE SERVICES History The Sister operation of ESS is Professional Communications (Procom) of Midland TX. Procom was formed in the early 1990’s to become the leading communications company directed at the energy industry. Providing initially two way communications, then later new technologies such as paging and wireless data radios were adding to their portfolio. This would include design, deployment and support in all areas. Since then we have added satellite technology and the construction of our own Vsat HUB. This would be one of the only HUBs with a true hot standby facility. Today there are thousands of satellites which reside on the ESS HUB dedicated to the Energy Industry. With the combination of Procom and ESS we have a full suite of services to meet very critical demands in wireless communications, video and voice. Procom offers a staff of qualified trained technicians available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Each technician is trained on a variety of products to insure the ability of supporting all aspects of wireless communications. Procom is continuously researching and developing in order to remain knowledgeable on new products and solutions. Tower Construction and Maintenance Procom has over 20 years of experience in construction and maintenance of new and existing tower structures. All technicians are trained and certified, following all safety guidelines in accordance with OSHA regulations. Maintenance Contracts ESS offers a variety of maintenance contracts, from independent maintenance on an as needed basis, to full contracts offering complete site and communications systems management
