Conclusion and Bibliography Social Science Fair

Conclusion The conclusion is the last paragraph of your SSF paper. It should be between 5-7 sentences long, and should sum up your research. You should not provide specific information; it should be more general. It is a summary of what you have learned.

Conclusion: Transition words Make sure you make use of transition words/phrases in your conclusion. Below are some examples. In conclusion, to summarize, to sum it up, in sum, finally.

Example of Conclusion: In conclusion, my research yielded much information regarding HIV/AIDS. This disease affects people of all ages and races; however, the homeless population is more often affected due to drug use and lack of medical care. Several organizations have even resorted to controversial methods of prevention, such as passing out clean needles at homeless shelters. Most experts agree that the most effective way to battle this disease is through education. The more people understand how to prevent this epidemic, the sooner HIV/AIDS will be a disease of the past.

Bibliography A bibliography is specific documentation of your sources. It should be the last page of your research paper. As taught in the lesson, please visit www.easybib.com to plug in your information, and copy/paste to your Word document.
