IAIA SEA Conference Prague Session aims develop an up-to-date understanding of SEA in Australia and New Zealand, including:  current developments  strengths and weaknesses  lessons to be learnt  issues arising in a federal system (Australia)  use of strategic assessments by Environmental Commissioners
