The theme of my project is “An Ideal State, as Understand It” Smirnov Vadim

I think that an ideal country is Australia.

Australia is a state in the south of hemisphere, occupying the mainland of Australia, island Tasmania and several other islands in the Indian and the Pacific oceans, is sixth state on area in World. The Population is 23.5 million people.

Australia presents itself federative state with constitutional – monarchist form of the rule. The policy in country is conducted in the framework of parliamentary democracy. The Monarch of Great Britain is the Monarch of Australia, and its power on the territory is represented by a Governor – General. The Australian political system is a Parliamentary Democracy.

I think that beside General-Governor must be a following traits: Sociability Sensitivity and Compassion Respect for Others Diligence The Propensity to Creativity  Integrity in the Work The Responsible Attitude sensitivity

The Branches of Power in Australia: The Executive power is one of the types of independent and the public power in the state, representing a set of powers on management of state Affairs. Thus, the Executive power is a system of state bodies exercising these powers. Thus it is divided into the following items: • The Governor-General (Quentin Bryce) • The Prime Minister (Tony Abbott) • Federal Executive Council • The Cabinet of Ministers

Legislative power is the power in the field of legislation Legislative power is the power in the field of legislation. In States where there is separation of powers, the legislative power belongs to a different state body, engaged in the development of the legislation. Thus it is divided into the following items: • Parliament • Senate • House of representatives • Opposition leader (Tony Abbott)

Bodies of judicial power on behalf of the state shall apply the measures of the criminal coercion to people guilty of committing crimes, resolve legal disputes between concrete persons, and consider the case on challenging the legal regulations of the consistency of a higher power (of the laws of the Constitution). Thus it is divided into the following items: • The high court • The court system

If I was General Governor to Australia I have formed following code of the commandments: Is thieve Forbidden. Drinking alcohol and smoking in public places is Forbidden. It Is Forbidden to throw rubbish on street. Carrying of the weapon is Forbidden. Prohibited selling the weapon and drug. Any person can arrive in country. Each person has a right on freedom of speech.

Australia is a country with their own custom and laws and I much want to live there.
