3 Fall Mailing Season Recap

4  It is required that MTESC Mailers submit a weekly inventory report by Wednesday at 11:59 PM local time  Inventory report compliance is down ● On average, 70% of all MTESC Mailers submit a report each week ● Since the March 2014 enhancements, 10% of Mailers submit an inventory report every week MTESC Mailer Inventory Report Compliance

5 Standing Requests in MTEOR  Local Mailers will be able to create standing requests in MTEOR beginning January 19, 2015  The standing request functionality is available to Mailers who only receive MTE from their local Postal Plant ● Local Mailers – Mailers who request MTE from a Postal Plant ● Must receive MTE on a weekly basis to use the new standing request functionality ● MTESC Mailers - Mailers who receive direct delivery of MTE from an MTESC ● MTESC Mailers can still create one-time requests from Postal Plants ● MTESC Mailers will continue to receive their standing orders from the MTESC

6 Standing Requests in MTEOR  The standing request functionality will: ● Streamline communications between Local Mailers and USPS ● Save Local Mailers time from repeatedly placing the same request for MTE ● Ensure Local Mailers receive MTE consistently  We are hosting two training webinars for Local Mailers ● Option 1 – January 15 th at 11 am EST ● Option 2 – January 21 st at 2 pm EST Local Mailers only need to attend one of the two webinars Meeting invites have been sent out separately and are accessible on the MTEOR RIBBS Page (

7 FY15 MTEOR Enhancements Update Potential EnhancementsProjected Launch Date Customer Reports – Create reporting suite for internal and external users in MTEOR FY15 Order History – Increase order history so users can export up to 13 months of order history FY15 Modify/Withdraw Capabilities – Allow Mailers to make changes to a request instead of requiring the Mailer to withdraw the order first FY15 Standing Requests for Local Mailers – Allow Mailers to create standing requests from Postal Plants January 19, 2015 Tray Label Holders – Allow Mailers request Label Holders through MTEOR Early April 2015
