 System provides a more efficient automated information system to record sales and inventory to replace current paper based process for Mirrors staff and management.  The application will be a vehicle to increase sales by making customer information more accessible to stylists and attendants.  Mirrors produces and sells their own line of hair styling products for their customers.  The system will be used to record customer information.  The system should be user friendly in all respects.  Customer, Employee, Appointments, Inventory and Sales information will be maintained in an automated information system. Opening Screen  Purpose: A login screen for users to enter the system.

Main Menu  Purpose: This screen provides button selection menu to access all forms and reports available to user.

Data-Entry Forms  Purpose: Check customer information and add new customer.
