Stages/Steps of development There is no set model for e-commerce development The model used has been created from the software development process, systems development life cycle and web development guides. Other models may be suitable for e- commerce development, it is not a specific requirement that the one described is used in assignments.

Internet providers/developers In previous sessions we have looked at the cost of using companies to provide online services. There are a vast amount of companies that provide services for everything from the first to final stage of development.

Internet Companies Go through each stage of the development process, find a company that offers a service relating to the stage A different company should be provided for each stage Once the companies are found, discuss if one company could be used for development and the benefits / disadvantages of doing so
