The New UtahRealEstate.com Tentative Release Date: Late December Our new consumer facing website is now in final testing and we are excited to bring it to both you and the public by the end of the month. New features include: 1.Single line search by address (with auto-suggest), city, zip or MLS number 2.Updated look and feel 3.Website scales based on monitor size 4.Price points on map pins 5.Prominent REALTOR® placement with updated contact form 6.Social sharing on every listing

Mobile App Update We released two new updates to our Mobile App: 1.Address Book Editor 2.Consumer Sign Up We also made a one page information sheet on the new features available for you to share on MLS News.

Coming Soon: Address Search for iOS In our next iOS mobile update, it will be quick and easy to find the exact property for sale that you’re looking for. Our mobile apps (and our new website) will soon feature a house number or street address search. Simply start inputting the number, then all active listings with a match will appear as a choice for your search. *This feature was recently released for Android. Coming Soon: Multi-Session Search for Desktop We will soon allow multiple searches of the same criteria to be performed in a browser. We are happy to report that this feature is currently in development and soon you will be able to do multiple searches in different tabs or windows.
