It was hot, wet and sticky in the Amazon. The Clarke It was hot, wet and sticky in the Amazon. The Clarke brothers had been in the Amazon for a month. They were looking for a trappa, a big four legged bear type creature that no one had ever been able to take a photograph of before. Bobby the eldest was the photographer. Buddy was the map reader and the youngest. Diddy was the look-out. Unforunately they were now lost!

The brothers had each taken a bloudhound with them to help sniff out the trappa. Diddy’s dog smelt some thing and shot off into the the jungle. They pushed past wet leaves and tripped over thick branches. Suddenly the brothers heard a yelp. They were excited because they thought the trappa had been caught.

As they approached the screaming sound, the brothers saw that the animal was a pig! “At least we’ll have dinner,” said Diddy. The brothers gathered wood to light a fire. They ate roast pork for tea that night. The next day, they had a search for the trappa. Then Buddy saw something move. It was the trappa! So they got ready to catch it. After they caught it, the took of picture of it.

Then they saw an old man who had a phone. “Are you stuck?” he asked. “Yes,” they replied “can you help us?” The man called a rescue helicopter and it came to save them and took them back to England.
