PREAMBLE I, the Queen of Lannalopolis, in order to provide for my country, ensure peace, uphold civil rights and establish justice, do obtain the Constitution of Lannalopolis.

LAWS AND RIGHTS  Only the military has the right to bear arms.  All schools, including public ones, must have school uniforms.  Families are only allowed 5 children. If a multiple birth is involved then the family may keep all of the children.  All marriages are acceptable.  Smoking is strictly prohibited.  The legal drinking age is 18 years old.  Involuntary slavery is prohibited.  The Queen has the right to choose an heir from a commoner’s family if she is unable to produce a female heir.  Men have no executive power.  The Queen has the right to marry whomever she chooses.
