Access to Services for Persons with Disabilities in Challenging Environments International Seminar Amman, Jordan 7 – 11 december 2009 Who am I? Who am I? My name is Bernard Franck. My background is Social Educator, PE Teacher and Physiotherapist. I’m working with Handicap International since 1990, mainly in the field of rehabilitation. As Rehabilitation Technical Coordinator, in Kenya, one of my main concern is the sustainability of quality rehabilitation services and the handing over to local government or partner organizations.
