Warfighter Support Stewardship Growth & Development Leadership 5 DECoDe Capabilities Enables complete design, construction, and electronic/paper publication of DOD X12 ICs. Hosts copies of ANSI X12 data standards, vocabulary and syntax metadata. Enables building prototype X12 transactions as well as mapping to established X12 transactions. Maps DOD functional logical names into X12 data standards. Generates both machine readable (.SEF) and human readable ICs – accepted by FESMCC. Enables upload of.SEF to DOD and Federal registries. Maps DLSS into X12 through notes field. Stores functional SME and developer notes with respective logistics data elements. Maintains history of change dates and notes.
