Religion Do you want religious freedom? We got it at Rhode Island! From the start Rhode Island has offered religious freedom.

Soil Get good soil at Rhode Island! The soil in southern Rhode Island was good For farming.

Rum Get rich of rum at Rhode Island Rhode Island Rum Rum was shipped out of Rhode Island because of the large amounts of it.

Job Opportunities 1.)Farming= grew crops such as corn, apples, and onions and grew livestock 2.) A government job= worked to make Rhode Island a better place 3.) Religious leader = A priest, rabbi, ect. 4.) Trader= The men traded in the lakes & rivers 5.) Salesman= sold wants and needs of the people
