4/5/05FLARE Detector Tank, RLSchmitt5 Basic Tank Scope 1) Design, supply of fabricated material and construction of the API 620, Appendix Q double wall tank, complete with insulation, internal piping, normal nozzles and manways. Approximate size of the inner tank is 132' dia.X 96" high. 2) Design is based on single containment with 9% Ni. inner tank and mild steel outer tank. 3) External painting 4) Spiral stairway to the top of the tank, with roof walkways and platforms for access to roof manways and relief valves. 5) Relief Valves 6) Level Gage 7) Ringwall foundation (We assume a pile foundation is not required). 8) Foundation heating Budget price $11 million, +/- 20%, single or double roof.
