There are many forms of acid rain. In different parts of the world there are many types of acid rain. For example in places of the world with dry weather there is acid gas and acid dust. In parts of the world with wet weather there is acid rain, acid fog, and acid snow.

Acid rain is from the pollution caused by factories cars etc produces gases like sulphur dioxide, nitrogen oxide and carbon monoxide. These gases combine and produces acids which falls as rain.

 Acid rain effects us in many ways but most importantly in our health. It causes breathing and lung problems for children and adults that have asthma.

 the effects of acid rain on buildings is that it turns the building and statue into a different color for example the statue of liberty wasn’t green when it was first built.

 Trees are also harmed by acid rain. The forests in Germany are dying because of acid rain. Scientists say that acid rain damages the waxy outer coating that protects the leaves. Acid rain also leaves a lot of aluminum in the soil which can effect the trees that grow there.
