Senior Phase –Offer a Range of Experiences which support Success, Attainment, Achievement. –Differentiation, Support and Challenge. –Developing resilience, encouraging motivation, promoting key values: Respect, Diligence, Trust, Honesty, Empathy. –S456 is about certification and ensuring Positive Leaver Destinations.
