The questionnaire had 61 indicators in the First Evaluation Round In the Second Evaluation Round, the number of indicators increased to 83 In March, 2003, the Eighth Meeting of the Intergovernmental Working Group was held (Panama) 24 member countries participated Recommendation for a comprehensive reform of the MEM questionnaire agreed upon  Changes in 68 indicators  Elimination of 6 indicators  Incorporation of 7 new indicators Current questionnaire contains 86 indicators Multilateral Evaluation Mechanism Questionnaire Third Evaluation Round Round

NUMERIC SUMMARY OF PROPOSED CHANGES TO THE QUESTIONNAIRE Comments were received from 15 countries and 5 CICAD sections Although not reflective of all 34 member states, the table does provide an initial snapshot trending to its modification and not its deletion Comments have been classified taking into account the action to take with regard to an indicator and the main reasons to modify or delete them according to the comments received Each of the questionnaire sections will be addressed in general terms by the section heads of CICAD Multilateral Evaluation Mechanism Questionnaire Third Evaluation Round
