Meet our school council Teachers are always improving things. We get taught things we need to know All staff take care of you. Lessons are fun, interesting and interactive Nice teachers Good for your education

Improving our School What the school council said: 1. We would like more equipment on the playground and grass in the cages. 2. We would like better and more interesting trips. 3. Improving school dinners. What we have done: 1.We had a sponsored event and raised money to buy new play equipment and astro-turf the cage. 2.The whole school is going to Blackpool Zoo on Mrs Brown is feeding back the school councils to Sefton catering.

Improving our playground We now have astro-turf in our cages on the KS2 playground. We have a bug hotel, a green house and new beds for planting for each year group. The astro-turf makes playing football much more fun You don’t get grazed when you fall over

Working in partnership - ‘The Community Crew.’ The school council voted to make a memory box based around Southport, the seaside and holidays in the past. We included things that you might eat or drink as well as things that you could play with. We asked people for their memories of coming to Southport. Miss Leddy told us about the outdoor swimming pool.
