ORGANISATION OF AN EVACUATION EXERCISE The preparation, execution, debriefing and report for an evacuation exercise all follow a process defined in “Guideline AE 2-0-6” (currently being validated). This process is carried out in collaboration with the CERN Drill Coordinator.      The preparation of an evacuation exercise is recorded in a document established using the model “Adverse event drill framework” (https://edms.cern.ch/document/1260099/1).  This document is subject to verification and approval, in particular by the CERN Drill Coordinator.    The execution of the exercise follows the process defined in the “Adverse event drill framework”.  The debriefing, as well as all elements noted during the execution of the exercise are reported in the report established using the model “Adverse event drill report” (https://edms.cern.ch/document/1258530).
