It is not difficult to get computer professionals to agree that computers have a significant impact on society. The intent of developing a list of these characteristics is that it could lead to a better understanding of the nature of the social impact of computers. In this way, it might be possible to examine a new computer project at the time of its design (not, as is the usual case, a long time after the project has been implemented and disseminated) to determine its potential impacts as a social change agent.

IT has a big impact on the society. People can communicate each other. Potential employers can check your facebook page (or any other social page) to get some ideas about your character or how you look like. You can meet some interesting people without going out. People can find you easily just by searching your name or username. Most people have nothing to do in spare time so they play games however some people enjoy it. They make up their own games. A lot people use IT for educational reasons.

Most of the people buy things online rather than go to the shop. Buying books, clothes, book holidays online has changed the way many high street shops shut. It also had a good impact on jobs. Many new jobs were created such as I.T technician, network manager, data manager, games designer, web designer, forum moderator, computer programmer, software designer, hacker and many more.
