GENERALITIES Mango (Mangifera indica L.) Family: Anacardiaceae, originated in the India and Southeast Asia. The handle is variably generally round or elongated. The handle has postharvest ripening, features color, size, flavor, acidity, fiber, depending on the variety. The handle must correspond to category Extra and I.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS The product should have the following characteristics : yellow green, deep yellow fresh, sweet flavor, aroma, skin smooth and firm. Must be whole, firm, fresh, healthy, clean and free of black spots, bruises, presence of insects, abnormal external moisture, odors. They should not show signs of infestation or infection.
