Physical resources Physical production factors is all the wealth contained in the universe and other raw materials that can be used in the production process. Factors including the land, water, and raw materials (bahan mentah)

Labor Labor is a human production that directly or indirectly carry out production activities. Production factor labor is also categorized as a factor of the original production. In the production factor labor, contained elements of body, mind, and the ability of the workforce. Therefore, labor can be classified based on the quality (ability and skill) and based on the nature of the work.

based on the quality educated workforce, skilled labor, labor uneducated and untrained. – Educated labor is labor that requires specific education that have expertise in the field, such as doctors, engineers, accountants, and lawyers. – Skilled labor is labor that requires a course or practice certain skills areas so skilled in the art. For example, an electrician, mechanic, welder, and a driver. – Labor uneducated and untrained labor is not in need of education and training in the work. For example sweepers, scavengers, and others.

Based on the nature of the work Spiritual labor Physical labor. – Spiritual labor is labor that uses the mind, sense, and intention. For example, teachers, editors, consultants, and lawyers. – Physical labor is labor that uses physical force in the production activities. For example welder, paddle rickshaw, and a driver.

Capital The meaning is the capital goods or equipment that can be used to perform the production process. Capital can be classified based on its source, shape, based on ownership, as well as by its nature. Based on the source, the capital can be divided into two: their own capital and foreign capital. Own capital is capital that comes from within the company itself. For example, the deposit of the owner of the company. Meanwhile, foreign capital is capital that comes from outside the company. For example, in the form of capital a bank loan.

Based on the shape, the capital is divided into shares of capital concrete and abstract. – Concrete capital is capital, visible in the production process. buildings, cars, and appliances. – abstract capital is capital that has no real form, but have value for the company. For example, patents, goodwill, and trademarks.

Based on the ownership, capital divided into shares of individual and community capital. Individual capital is capital that is the source of the individual and the result is a source of income for the owner. An example is a private house for rent or interest on bank savings. public capital is capital owned by the government and used for public purposes in the production process. An example is the government-owned public hospitals, roads, bridges, or harbor.
