Disadvantages of globalization Companies move jobs overseas, creating unemployment in countries where the jobs originated The businessmen and the big companies are the only winners in globalization Exploitation of the workers in the developing countries – incl. children Sweatshops

Disadvantages of globalization Money problems can easily be spread (ex. US recession, Greece) The mix of cultures can lead loss of national identity Small companies have to go out of business because they cant compete with the big international companies Gap between the poor and the rich people increases
