Phases to adopt the new strategy (TCS) 1- Redesign business processes 2- Gathering customer information (VISION) (Segmentation) 3- Enhance product line offered (Customize-customers with similar profiles-profitable Products) 4- Consistent quality service (loyalty) 5- Distribution channels

VISION Implementation The data warehouse VISION contains customer info, product profitability and distribution revenues and costs. In house built VISION: 1- size and complexity 2- lack of experience

Vision Implementation Outsourcing: 1- NCR consultants, hardware and software. 2- Started developing formulas. 3- Building data warehouse platform to accommodate for up to 2 million accounts

VISION Implementation 4- Data can be analyzed by the line of business or by personal accounts. 5- Irregularities in the data 6- Manage and control data and automate processes 7- Key people leave the IT group (bonuses by FAC)
