Nutritional summary I think that I eat to much junk food. I could improve by eating more fruits. I could easily eat a piece of fruit as a snack during the day. I eat to much fast food, which has a lot of sodium. I realize that this is a fast way to get food but not always the healthiest. I need to eat more home made food, which might increase the amount of fruits and vegetables in my diet

Nutritional summary My total nutritional intake is 1340 calories, 42g fat and 2705mg of sodium. The daily recommended value for 16 year old girls is 2,110 calories 65 g of fat and 2400 mg of sodium I could possibly eat another meal to add more calories to my diet.
