4 4 Texas Nodal Program UpdateApril 1, 2008 Readiness Metrics – Market Participant Engagement Survey Round 4 Round 4 of the Market Participant Engagement Survey will be published May 15 Completely new set of questions that will focus on key People, Process, and Technology activities for the 168 hr. Test and NODAL Go-Live Survey open for response until May 30 Plan is to have scores loaded into Scorecard.ERCOT.com by June 12. ERCOT Account Management will take a more active role earlier in the process. – As with previous rounds, outreach to Market Participants will begin mid-survey to ensure full participation – In addition, Account Management will be gathering feedback from Market Participant based on their answers and experience with the survey
