Organic chemistry- study of compounds that contain bonds between C atoms Carbon: -can bond with 4 e- to another atom -can form a strong covalent bond.

Macromolecules- giant molecules Polymerization- large compounds built by joining smaller units. Monomers -can form polymers when joined together
