Genre Fiction Sometimes tells a story based on a real events that may have happened.

Characters Glashka Her family Narna, whales

Favorite Character Glashka is my favorite character in the story. She is my favorite character because she was brave enough to save the whales.

Setting The story takes place in a small village near the ocean during the winter in early times.

Problem Because of a really bad storm, all of the snow and ice trapped thousands of whales.

Solution Glashka solved the problem by getting the whole village to help break the ice so the whales could breathe and live until the icebreakers could come. Also Glashka fed them some of the fish they had them from starving to keep death.

Fun Facts Longman's beaked whales can grow to 20 or 30 feet long. Longman's beaked whales live in warm, deep waters of tropical regions. Longman's beaked whales use sound to feed, communicate, and navigate in the ocean.
