I NTRODUCTION The rapid development of technology in P2P Multimedia Streaming System. PPLive, PPStream Real-Time Playback Video-On-Demand user has more and more choice to watch favorite channel increase the frequency of channel switching

INTRODUCTION Goals: 1). Help users find their favorite channel fast. 2). Decrease the bandwidth consumption 3). Reduce the server's overhead and the peer's connection delay 4). Provide a stable quality

HPMP FOR P2P MULTIMEDIA STREAMING SYSTEM propose a High Performance Multi-channel Preview (HPMP)

TFS leader receives the data from watch node, and the leader push the data to the children. leader will automatically take the next C resource nodes limits the depth of tree to increase the stability of Preview mode … new node (leader) Channel leader

Conclusion we provide a novel method named HPMP from different angles to improve channel change time in P2P live media streaming. HPMP reduces the hop distance time efficiently and decreases the tracker server’s overhead
