Paperwork: Every student who goes abroad on a semester exchange, affiliated, or non-affiliated program must complete paperwork for IC and upload to online OIP application file. –Release Form –Administrative Approval Form –Petitions for Assignment/Transfer of Credit Students going on non-affiliated programs must take a leave of absence. Paperwork must be uploaded by 12/11/15

Residential Life Procedures for: –Notifying Residential Life you will be away from campus next semester –Arranging on-campus housing for the semester after your study abroad experience

Student Accessibility Services If you are a student with a documented disability and will need accommodations while studying abroad, please contact SAS as early as possible. One of the staff members will assist you with the process of obtaining accommodations during your semester abroad.
