Isos Anti-Social Behaviour Service Who are we ? Isos Housing - a significant regional landlord in the North East 17,000 properties owned and managed across the North East and Cumbria Large geographical Spread 4 Police Forces and 13 Local Authorities Rural and Urban split Safer Neighbourhoods Team

Isos Anti-Social Behaviour Service Statistics over the last 12 months We have worked on in excess of 800 Serious ASB cases 47 Cases resulted in formal action being taken 72 Cases were around domestic abuse Over half of the Injunctions were to protect our most vulnerable victims within our communities The Safer Neighbourhoods team were successful in applying and being granted a DIY injunction 2 nd Nationally to use the new legislation relating to the new injunction powers

Isos Anti-Social Behaviour Service The iWitness Service We launched a new service – iWitness iWitness received a nationally recognised award Excess of 200 reports completed in the first year 75% OOH ASB calls use the iWitness service 15 Noise reports resulted in domestic abuse cases being opened

But we do have expertise in tackling domestic abuse using the legislation  The importance of working with all our partner agencies and the police  Safeguarding adults and children  Improving safety and security of the property  Managing the risks and supporting perpetrators  Explore the options to help the victim make informed choices  Support and advice for the victim longer term
